We are registered in England and Wales under company number 16105629 and our registered office is at 101 New Cavendish Street, 1st Floor South, London, England, W1W 6XH. By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using the Site.
Company Information
Project Daisy Limited is a social enterprise established in the United Kingdom with the purpose of supporting young people in the transition from education to employment through the provision of study space access, educational events, and workplace opportunities.
Acceptable Use
When using our Site, you agree to comply with our acceptable use standards as set out in these Terms. These apply to any material you upload or share to the Site, generate on the Site, any contact you make with other users on the Site and any other ways in which you use the Site. You shall not:
- Use the Site in any way that breaches any local, national or international laws or regulations which are in force at the time.
- Engage in any activity that may damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use of the Site;
- Upload or transmit through the Site any content which is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, or otherwise objectionable including but not limited to unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, or to any servers, systems, or networks connected to the Site.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site, without notice or liability, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or to Project Daisy.
- Our Site and it’s content is only intended for us by those located in the United Kingdom. By continuing to access and use our Site, you confirm that you are located within the United Kingdom. Should you, at any time, be located outside the United Kingdom, you must immediately cease use of our Site.
- Upload anything or knowingly introduce anything which may harm the Site, including but not limited to viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other things which may be malicious or harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which the Site is held or anything connected to the Site including but not limited to the network or the equipment.
A breach of some elements of the acceptable use standards may constitute a criminal offence pursuant to the Computer Misuse At 1990. Where we are made aware of such breach, we will co-operate with the authorities in their investigation, and you must cease use of our Site immediately.
Eligibility & Age Restrictions
Project Daisy programmes and services are intended solely for individuals aged 18 or over. By accessing or registering for any opportunity via this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage of the application or participation process. Individuals found to have misrepresented their age may have their access revoked and any associated opportunities withdrawn.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, or use such content, in whole or in part, whether for commercial or personal purposes, without our prior written permission, except where expressly permitted by law.
If you print off, copy, download, share or repost any part of our site in breach of these terms of service, your right to use our site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made (except that you are permitted to print off a copy of these Terms).
Programme Conduct and Student Behaviour
We reserve the right to exclude or remove any individual from participation in our programmes where conduct is deemed to pose a risk to others, breach our policies, or damage the reputation for integrity of Project Daisy.
